Your email, plainly.

What we store

When you join the waitlist we store: your email address (trimmed and lowercased), your first name if you choose to give it, the date and time you signed up, which form you used, the version of the consent wording you agreed to (“Email me about NOVEN One and its development.”), and a cryptographic hash of your private removal link. We don't collect phone numbers or addresses.

If you use the contact form we store your message, email, topic and optional name so we can reply.

For spam prevention, we also store a hash derived from your connection's IP address, with a timestamp, each time a form is submitted. Entries older than 24 hours are removed during subsequent form activity.

For basic analytics we count page views and button clicks: only the event, the page path and the time are stored. No cookies, IP addresses or identifiers are attached to these counts. Our hosting provider may also keep standard aggregate visitor statistics.

Why

To send occasional updates about this concept and its development. Joining is not a purchase or pre-order, and doesn't guarantee access to any future product. No emails are being sent automatically at this stage.

Who can access it

There is no public list, and the site never displays signups. The data is kept in a private database hosted on Lovable Cloud (which runs on Supabase). Access is limited to signed-in NOVEN administrators and to the hosting and database providers needed to operate the waitlist.

Duplicates

Signing up again with the same email doesn't create a second entry, and the site gives the same response either way so it doesn't reveal whether an address is already on the list.

Remove your email

After a successful signup you're shown a private removal link. Open it and press “Remove my email” to delete your entry. Save this link after your first signup; if you previously joined, use the link from your original signup. Anyone with the link can use it, so keep it private.

Signing up again does not issue a working link for an existing entry. If you've lost your link, it currently can't be recovered through this site.

Who runs this

The seller/operator identity and the applicable jurisdiction have not yet been confirmed. This page is a working description, not a legally reviewed policy.

A note on status

NOVEN One is a concept in development. This page describes how the waitlist currently works and will be updated if that changes.
